ONLINE ENTRY:

To enter ONLINE sweepstakes, you must enter the order# and store# from your New Hampshire State Liquor & Wine Outlet Stores register receipt dated between 5/24/08 and 8/30/08 along with your name, address and email-address on the official entry website of www.eclipsesilversummersweeps.com.

Only one entry per order# allowed. A $50 New Hampshire State Liquor & Wine Outlet Stores Money Card Winner will be chosen every week between 5/24/08 and 8/30/08. Winners of the $50 New Hampshire State Liquor & Wine Outlet Stores money card will be notified via email and their Money Card sent to them via US Mail.

To be eligible to win the Grand Prize of the 2008 Mazda Miata, the winner must be present to win at the NASWA Resort, 1086 Weirs Boulevard , Laconia, NH 03246 on August 30th from 3-6PM. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for tax, title and registration.
Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States who must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and independent contractors as well as their immediate family members and members of the same households (whether related or not) of Sponsor, or it’s parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or employees of the NHSLC are not eligible to participate. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, outside of the United States and where prohibited by law or restricted by such laws, including but not limited to jurisdictions with laws that would require registration and/or trust account or posting of a bond, or any other requirements that are not satisfied by these Sweepstakes Rules. 48 Semi-Finalists will be chosen; 4 per week from May 25th through August 15th. Semi-Finalists will be chosen weekly at random. All Semi-Finalists will be notified by certified mail and receive a certificate that will give you a place in the final drawing to be held August 30 at the Naswa Resort in Laconia New Hampshire from 3 to 6 PM. All Semi-Finalists will be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the drawing to ensure adequate time for planning. Semi-Finalists MUST be present to win. Certificates are not reproducible or transferable without prior arrangement. Semi-Finalists will be selected from all entries received via Werner Mazda, Naswa Resort, on-line registration and mail-ins. All Semi-Finalists must bring valid photo ID to the drawing along with their certificate. Winners should be prepared to demonstrate their Social Security number in the event that they win the Grand Prize, a 2008 Mazda Miata. ALL Semi-Finalists will win a prize valued from $10 to $20,000. Winners are responsible for all Tax, Title and Registration fees.

INFORMATION CONTAINED IN ENTRY. By submitting an entry, each Sweepstakes participant warrants and represents to Sponsor that the information contained in the entry is true and correct in all material respects and that Sponsor may rely on such information in its efforts to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor harmless from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
